I hired Cozy Comfort in July 2024 for a HVAC job that I was told by Ms. Kim the Vice President of the company, that it would take 2 weeks to complete and I paid half on the bill, $5,500.00 of the job to get started. The heating did not pass inspection until December of 2024 and the air conditioning still isn’t finish. . All I’ve received is excuses, lies and deflecting. What is consistent is the inconsistency.
