Dr. Wallace and the team at Cozy Cat have always been wonderful with my cat Hermine. They take the time (in person and on the phone) to explain the situation & options, check in when kitty is sick, and are the most patient and cat-loving people I have met.
2.5 weeks now I have been trying to get my “call back”. I call every other day and am told I am “on the list” for a call back from Dr. Hedges. I’ve never had such a horrible experience from a vet before. They will not put me through, just tell me I have to wait for her to call me back.
All of the staff are professional and friendly! My cats struggle with vet appointments but the staff knew exactly how to comfort my babies. They followed up a few days later to check on the cats, even for a routine checkup! I am super impressed by this vet clinic and would highly recommend.
Your webiste is misleading. I called to schedule a grooming for a 10 month old persian. Was told you only supply services to your PATIENTS........told you are a small facility. No recommendations offered....simply a noncaring,"Goodluck" Your website and facebook page is a form of misrepresntation.
They took excellent care of our 15 year old cat
