Cozy Castle installed a heat pump for us and the work was excellent. The team are professional yet approachable (both in the field and in the office) and did an excellent job installing the system. Everything was neat and tidy and done well. The communication with them was excellent and they did a great job answering all our questions. I would highly recommend them.
This was our first time having to replace a furnace in our home. We have had tune ups done and changed a water heater so we have dealt with some other HVAC companies in the past but by far Cozy Castle was the best. From the top down the experience was fantastic. The service level from Nelli and Robert was exceptional. They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable and efficient. We will be moving all our HVAC business to them.
The team of Nellie, Robert, Daniel and Michael were great. The first contact was Nellie who did the scheduling, answering my questions and a lot of the behind the scene activities. Robert did the assessment and the technical details involved in the installation of the furnace. Daniel and Michael were the guys who did the removal of the old and installation of the new furnace.
