Thank you Nelli for your prompt response and quick booking for an appointment to install my new water heater! My old water heater unexpected started leaking water and I had to immediately shut it off. I was referred to Cozy Castle by a relative that recently used their services. The installation team was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond just installing the water heater.
I recenty had a Lennox air conditioner installed at my elderly father's home by Cozy Castle. I am very happy with the installation. Nelli, the company's rep. on the phone, was very friendly, professional, and answered all my queries in a timely and informed way. Daniel and Orik, the installation crew were very kind and courteous to my father and myself, and they kept my elderly father informed of their progress. They were knowledgable and worked clean.
