We had a heating and cooling plan with one of the larger known companies out there and after an uneasy and very questionable visit from one of their technicians to do a routine maintenance check in which somehow led to them shutting off our gas, tagging the unit, showing us photos of 'evidence' with the incorrect date, and proceeding to tell us we would need a new furnace - we knew we needed a second opinion. Highly Recommended! I was very impressed with the service I received from Robert and Nelli at Cozy Castle today. Very professional, personable, and reliable. Robert was right on time and gave me great advice and service. Fixed my AC and saved me a ton of money by not trying to upsell me things I didn’t need at ridiculous prices (unlike the big corporation guy that came by two days ago!). This was our first time having to replace a furnace in our home. We have had tune ups done and changed a water heater so we have dealt with some other HVAC companies in the past but by far Cozy Castle was the best. From the top down the experience was fantastic.
