I don’t really have words for how good the food was here
Cozobi is one of the best restaurants in Boulder! Vlodka, the manager is amazing we have actually followed her from another restaurants. I can highly recommend people going just because of her. The staff is fantastic, especially Alex and Shannon, who are the best bartenders—friendly, attentive, and great at what they do. The food and overall atmosphere that’s why we continually come back we probably frequent the restaurant at least twice a week love it and highly recommend! .
We had such a great experience at Cozobi Fonda Fina! The food was absolutely amazing and the margaritas… OMG! 😍 Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. A special shout-out to the manager — she was incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding when we needed to change our reservation due to illness. She made everything so easy and was genuinely lovely throughout the whole experience. Great food and even better hospitality — we really appreciated it! Can’t wait to come back!❤
Best restaurant in Boulder. Everything was so incredibly good. Our waiter was attentive but not too attentive. Music at the perfect volume. The ambiance was beautiful too. Modern but not trying to prove anything. The Guacamole a Las Brasas was amazing. Anything with the Queso Chihuahua was phenomenal. Never had that kind of cheese before, but the way they prepared it where it was fried in the pan with the tortilla was mouth wateringly good. The house made tortillas were wonderful as well.
