Hands down the best place to rehearse. Weather you're renting monthly or looking to stop by at a moments notice they always accommodate. Great spot.
I have been a tenant at cozmic for the last 5 years. It is an awesome place to rehearse for any project big or small. They go out of their way to meet your needs and make sure you have a comfortable and secure environment to get your work done so that you can be the best you can be on stage.
Good parking, easy load-in and out, great security with keypad lock, plenty of cameras, great jam space!
This place is home. It's a community. It lives and breathes.
Brandon Melton is an excellent owner operator. He truly cares about his tenants.
