Avocado grilled cheese sandwich, and the cheese curds were heavenly
The mac and cheese grilled cheese sandwich was absolutely fantastic. I read online somewhere that they do Philly cheese steaks which was incorrect. There's another spot in the area where they're located, that does serve them but they're not very good. Stick to cosmic Charlie's for the good stuff
As I approached I noticed the whole vibe first. It is a stand out in the food truck area and has a vibe unto itself that is worth experiencing. Knowledgeable kind and friendly skilled staff. The food was amazing, falafel salad with tzatziki and a side of hummus. I would definitely recommend eating here . if you’re out here you have to stop and try this .
Great experience eating at this place for sure. The only complaint I had was the parchment paper used for Mac and cheese, I ended eating some paper because it mushed together but other than that it was fantastic!
I stopped in last weekend while passing through Eugene and loved the service, food, and atmosphire! Go get you some!
