Be aware - this place is not actually interested in doing standard shipping. They won't send someone out in a car to pick up an item from an auction for you and ship it via some standard service (ups/fedex/etc). Their whole schtick seems to be that they have their own van(s) that deliver things privately directly to your door, for which of course they will charge absurd amounts of money. This organization is unprofessional and discourteous. The staff here are unresponsive for days, and managers will not respond to emails or calls. The rates are exorbitant. I was recently told that there were many Art Handling services in Manhattan by a cleint representative so here are a list of some of them. Use anyone other than Crozier In Chelsea. Arcis, Uovo, Day and Meyer
