Bought our first bike from Zach. He was friendly and not pushy at all. Made for an excellent time. We had no intention of buying one yet and he knew that up front and still took the time to show us bikes and talk to us about everyone that we liked and made suggestions himself. In the end we did buy one. The entire crew were amazing and one of the best buying experiences ever! UPDATE: 1 week later bought my husband's bike. Zach was right there every step of the way! Just stopped in for a chip. Big shop! Lotta bikes on hand! Excellent service! Loved the bars, seat, pegs, ride "simulator"! Every shop should have one!! Loved the museum pieces!! Lotta riding gear and T's!
