We had a rental booked at the Hermes House through Cozi Vacation Rentals in Fredericksburg for Thursday, June 1 though Sunday, June 4. Arrived at the property there was a huge For Sale sign was in the yard. Cozi rep said they weren’t aware of this even though the house has been on the market for over 100 days. Cozi never disclosed that the house was up for sale in the house description or the rental agreement. We were very pleased and impressed with Cozi Vacation Rentals' customer service. They responded promptly to any inquiries we had, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Beautiful properties too!

On June 14, 2022, I booked a stay in Fredericksburg for October 6-9th. The total was $784.89. On June 16th, I cancelled that reservation and received an email stating that I would get a full refund. It is now November 6th and I still have NOT received my refund. A month ago today, after calling and speaking to Andrea (manager), I received another email stating that I would receive my refund in 5-7 days.
