Not sure there are many metal building contractors, fabricators, erectors like Mark Cozart left these days! He has a niche for doing complex projects no one else wants to tackle and many builders think he is one of the higher priced out there. They are wrong. I had 3 bids and he was perfectly balanced in the middle low end price. Cozart Metal Buildings is the best quality. They have designed and built several buildings of varying sizes for me. They are honest, straightforward, and expedient. I look forward to using them for the next build.
