Terrible customer service, do not stick to their word at all. They sent us the parts, some of the parts were right and some of the parts were wrong we called them and they told us to send the wrong parts back and they’d refund the money so we did, they get the parts and they tried to tell those weren’t the parts they sent us and would not refund our money what’s so ever. Terrible place of business!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
Great customer service!
I had a great experience with their finance department. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with Cozad.
They suck!!! They have a 25% re-stocking fee, although I understand it but they should've stated that before a customer purchases a product.
