Bought a brand new MG5 and wanted to get a tune. Went to Coyote Tuning thinking it would be the perfect place for my car. Was told the tune would coast $1750 to be done. Dropped $1000 deposit on it to get it done because I got told it would all be sweet. Got told it would be done within a couple of weeks. Didn’t hear anything back within the first month . It’s now been more than 3 months and still haven’t heard anything. Won’t answer my calls or reply to my texts. Am going to take legal action if I don’t hear anything soon.

I took in my 86 for a simple logbook service. When I dropped it off they asked if the apprentice could watch the supervisor complete the service. I reluctantly obliged. When I picked my car up I could smell a strong petrol smell, checked under the fuel tank and it was leaking everywhere because they hadn’t even sealed it properly! Was a terrible experience because they didn’t even have the parts on hand too and clearly the apprentice did the service and didn’t know what he was doing!
