I stop in about once a week to say hello and grab a cookie or 2 nicest ladies ever
Hands down, best cookie ever...and I am a SNOB about cookies. Seriously, I'm an avid baker and I do not often give compliments on cookies. If cookies were a small Italian nation 2500 years ago, Coyote Oaties would be the Roman Empire coming in to TAKE OVER and slaughter all other cookies.....but I mean that in the most lovable way ever. In other words, this is the best bakery find I've come across ever and I'll be driving my Scottsdalian butt all the way to Glendale today for some more. See you soon, Coyote Oaties!

Hands down, the best cookie I've ever eaten. Ever. You might be in mortal danger if you come around with a cookie from Coyote Oatie's and you aren't willing to share with me. My daughter sent me an assortment of your cookies for Valentines Day. They are without a doubt, the best cookies I have ever eaten in my Life, and I'm very particular!
Tried a few of these delicious treats yesterday and couldn't get enough! . I was telling someone about the cookies and they asked if they are gluten free. Wasn't sure

We do make Gluten free cookies, as well as suger free, and vegan. But the 7 general flavors that we bake daily are not gluten free...they are made with whole rolled oats and whole wheat flour.
