After sale service is very poor, less than a year and trying to get work covered under warranty but no one’s reaching out to get that completed or fix the bad appliances that are placed here. Over 90 days and no solution seems to be available.
Chris did such an amazing job from the very beginning! Super helpful in the whole process and was able to give us all the information we needed super quickly. Josh was also helpful. We met him at the end of our process and was very pleasant to work with. Dillion the builder of the homes was thorough on the explanation of all warranties and anything regarding the home. Everyone has made themselves fully available and willing to help with anything for the home. We love our new home!
Overpriced, poorly built, cheap dual zoned hvac, over selling under delivering & unethical sales reps! Do not buy here! Check the fb group for the HOA and what current owners are saying. Internet keeps going out. These homes will not last long. It's all profit margins and sleezy time rushes sales pressure tactics.
Chris at Ashton Woods was amazing to work with! From the very beginning, he was attentive and made sure to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but Chris made the process so much easier and less stressful. He guided me step by step and always kept me informed, which really gave me peace of mind. I’m so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home!
Stopped in to talk about the home of week we saw when driving through. Josh was amazing. He had no problems talking to us a when we aren’t in the position to buy at this time. During our visit he shared some insight to the neighborhood and how he could help us. He showed multiple houses to make sure that we saw the most product and to show us what could be if we decided to go the building route.
