This is very nice rustic venue. The owners were very nice and responsive. There was an unexpected increase in our party size but the owners adjusted and was accommodating. Our pictures of the event were great because of how nice the building is. We are happy to have chosen this spot.
Amazing venue and owners. We had our wedding at the ranch with the “out of towners” staying there. Everything was perfect. Literally, nothing could have been better. Beautiful place!

We just stayed here over this past weekend, October 25 for a wedding at a different location. Clearly they had just done a fresh coat of varnish on all the exposed wood on the interior. Smelled horrible. Everyone had headaches and could not get away from it. All of our clothes stunk like varnish for the entire time, including by the time he got home. I rented this property for four nights for 16 people for my daughter’s wedding in Joshua, Texas. I did read warnings about the smell before booking, but decided to take a chance — unfortunately, the reviews were right. The odor is extremely strong; it hits you as soon as you open the door. It lingers in your clothes, hair, and belongings even after leaving the home. We ran fans nonstop and bought candles to try to mask it, but nothing helped much.
