Coyote Coffee - Powdersville was my go-to coffee place, but the quality of customer service has declined drastically since my last few visits. I went this evening through the drive-thru and ordered a 32-oz frozen coffee that was not filled all the way. From the photo of the lid, you can tell that it was filled too much, and when they went to pour it out, they poured out too much and just gave it to me. Great coffee pick me up!
We have stopped several times and found certain days to have both good quality drinks and service. Others days we have gotten less than stellar service and drink quality. Unfortunately this Sunday was again one of the lesser visits with both service and drink quality. Because of the many positive reviews we wanted to give this coffee shop the benefit of trying multiple times before reviewing but I am unsure if the consistency of the service makes it worthy of investing time and money here.
Absolutely horrible service I was in the drive-through. Nobody was moving. The person at the window had already received their drink and was just chitchatting so I went inside to try to get coffee before I needed to be at work. I was not acknowledged. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes no one came to acknowledge me. No one took my order and I left completely disappointed in an unhappy this is absolutely unacceptable quit chitchatting at your window and help the patrons that are in your store.
