Wouldn’t recommend . Just waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through (with only a few cars ahead of me) for an iced coffee. Not only did they not get my coffee correct, the ice was almost completely melted and separated from the coffee so it taste like water . Save your time and money
I am an almost daily regular at the Pickens location and am always more than pleased with the quality and service. Powdersville, however, is repeatedly a disappointment. On Sunday 8/3/25, I placed an online order. When I arrived, the drive-thru was completely empty and there were 2-3 cars in the parking lot. (My order was ready.) I sat at the drive-through window for 5 minutes, being completely ignored. (Even with the mirrored window I could see that the staff had seen me.) I frequent this particular location 2-3 times monthly. While waiting times, no matter the line size in drive-thru, are normally longer than I'd like... I endure it because the drinks are delicious, and a welcomed delight away from the other coffee options in the area. Today, I experienced the worse (and probably the only non satisfactory) customer service experience here to date. After giving my order at the speaker, I pulled forward to wait for my 2 drinks. I love this place. Everything we have tried has been fantastic. Currently we get protein shakes. Service always fast and friendly. I wish there was one closer to us. WIt’s definitely a treat.
