These people is a joke. My transmission went out 09/01/21 under a load I was carrying for them. I kept them informed right away. I was told they was going to find someone to come get the load.by Saturday. They could not find no one. I had no idea how long it was going to take to fix my truck. I let them no that. The shop told them too because they had to order my transmission, clutch and the holiday just came that Monday. I had to go home and get money together to pay 7500 to get my truck out of the shop. Terrible customer service!! They don't even answer emergency calls for assistance for 3 days!!! Unacceptable! No wonder why no one want's to do business with them...Â
AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!!! BEWARE. This has been the most unpleasant logistics company I have EVER worked with. My sales rep in particular Alex MacGregor had booked me a truck to pick up following day & charged my credit card right there and then (which was fine since I assumed this shipment was getting picked up). Funny how they dont even have a Google Business page, because they will be blasted on there. These 3rd party Quote Companies have no control over their transporters. They are just a Kayak or Expedia that just book and cant do anything. If you are a one time shipper, order early with them as their transporter wont pickup on time. If you are a business shipper with demurrage charges. dont use these guys. If their transporter does not perform, they try to pass blame. They dont know what their transporter does. Coyote are lying 🤥 I have several problem with different load they only paid cheapÂ
I took the load and brought it on time without delay,I was told to drop trailer in yard ,although the broker his name Kevin ext number #4449 did not say anything to me that it was necessary to leave the trailer ,it was not written anywhere Eating for the trailer for five days and the trailer has been standing and still stands,NO one unloadeds,It refuses to pay for the delay of the trailer for more than 48 hours. I will open case to Bund for non payed for detention !!!! Stay away this Company COYOTA LOGISTICSÂ
