The phone is more important then the customers waiting in front of them. Terrible front desk service.

Prior to boarding my dog here I called them to ensure my dog had his required shots before bringing him in. I called twice. We were all set when I brought him in to drop off I was told he was missing a shot and would cost me $79 to see the doctor plus the shot fee. I understand some shots are important but would prefer my own vet give the shot and to keep the records in one place. Long story short we did not board and will not be boarding here ever.

I have been a membership paying customer for almost 2 years and my dog has boarded with Coyne probably 15-20 times, she was fixed there, and has received all of her shots, etc...  I would always request that she receive a bath among other hygiene services ie: nails trimmed and/or teeth brushed...needless to say I have spent thousands of dollars at this facility.  We have always received VERY positive report cards for her behavior.  There was even a time where I had picked her up where she had several scratches by her nose, I... read more
