Brad Cundiff represented my wife in a personal injury case. He was very honest and forthright with her. We didn't have much faith in the system, but took his advise and were patient. The office was real nice in the begining, I didn't receive a large amount on my injury, so they didn't either. I signed the check from the company on the 1st of June '16 in the morning, told it would take 5 days for it to clear. I asked if I would then have to wait for their check to clear when they write it to me after the one clears in their bank, they said no, so it must be a cashiers check(I don't know yet) So now, on 10 June '16 , no one will return my call as to where my check(for my injury)is.
