I explained to Patrick before I paid him the retainer fee. Patrick . Immediately after paying him a $2,000 retainer fee, it was virtually impossible to get ahold of him through phone or email. He refused to answer any and all questions I had regarding my case, took absolutely no action to get me into drug court, failed to appear for my first 2 court appearances. The office was real nice in the begining, I didn't receive a large amount on my injury, so they didn't either. I signed the check from the company on the 1st of June '16 in the morning, told it would take 5 days for it to clear. I asked if I would then have to wait for their check to clear when they write it to me after the one clears in their bank, they said no, so it must be a cashiers check(I don't know yet) So now, on 10 June '16 , no one will return my call as to where my check(for my injury)is.
