Showed up at 11:56 on a 11-12 appt. No phone call letting me know they were running late. Rude when I mentioned the disrespect and refused to do the appraisal. Update. Gave them a second chance to redeem them self. The person in in charge was supposed to come out and finish. He never showed up at all, no phone call nothing. I guess they lead by example there. Update: the owner did call and apologize, after the title company called to see why the appraisal was not done. He also completed the appraisal .
