My rating is based off of the customer service i was given by Melinda only who I spoke to several times. She went out her way to help me with at first trying to lower my premium rates when I was getting a new car and just with following up with me. She was very helpful and friendly. The end result was I had to leave allstate because I found better prices elsewhere switching over to a new company but it was never because of their customer service. The agent was very respectful made it easy, he explained everything to me and helpful
Has called several times trying to get me to "change my rates" for my car insurance. Cold calling and spamming people is never cool - and even if your rates were cheaper I wouldn't go here for the fact that I've asked to have my number removed. I've never been an AllState customer ever in my 20+ years of driving.
I decided to call the office. Prior to this I never go in the office or call or anything I just pay my bill. I’m not sure who the gentleman was that I spoke to, but he was extraordinarily undermining and condescending. Never again.
