Coyle Custom Homes — Nathan Coyle — Services were terminated for “Failure to Perform”. I highly recommend you do your own due diligence and check court cases in Osage County at oscn.net and do a search. Their is more than one active case with similar patterns. You need to talk with past clients, local contractors, vendors, loan officers and neighborhood HOA’s.
Way too much to put in a review. Quality issues, budget issues, delays, warranty issues and my house was even built in the wrong place causing me to lose my backyard! My Trex deck was installed wrong voiding the warranty and now it's all coming up and twisting, my epoxy floor has rocks and wire snips coming out of it. Building a home for the first time, we didn't know what to expect. Weldon Design and everyone in the area recommended Coyle Custom Homes and he was the first builder out here we saw doing a walkout basement on extremely sloped lots. I am not the most patient person, so I don't believe any builder could have satisfied my timeline. In the end, we have a well built home near the lake that that we get to enjoy every day.
