I spent over 2900 dollars for parts and work done supposedly. It took a week longer than expected and with absolutely zero communication from the company. I had to initiate the communication almost a week in to the process just to find out the parts truck had been abandoned. I finally get my vehicle back and not only is it still driving and reacting the EXACT same way now they say the engine is bad after a test drive my engine was fine when I dropped my vehicle off it was there for transmission work Again. I bought a car from them it was used but only 20,000 miles. They told me it just needed Freon for the ac and to bring it back. I had the car for two weeks, and check engine light came on. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and Friday it still wasn’t ready. No one from the service department ever answers the phone. Finally our sales person text me back and said they need to replace a hose ( Coolant line to the compressor) and waiting on the part as I am writing this they have had the car 4 weeks. No star for this dealership!!! I am single parent and I just got from a car accident when I went to Coyle to get a car. I was upfront to them about my situation that I really needed help esp that I am not from this country and doesn't know anyone thinking they would really help me. Last 09/19/22, I purchased a car from them but after just one day it was already acting out, which I immediately emailed to the salesperson. He set up a date to have it checked and fixed. This business should be shut down for shady reasons! For attacking a woman who came in for a Oil change. Making promises to her to exchange her lease to a new one have 5 people plus the General Manager John ******* shaking her hand and telling her we will take care of you and no problems will happen! Then leave with no contract they come to your home to sign and take contract. You ask for them. Don’t worry we got you. I was in the process of purchasing a car as a co signer. They had been going back and forth with her on the payment etc. She got back with them to get everything done with the deal and found out they sold the car right out from underneath her without even letting her know. They claim that no papers were signed or no money down but the deal was still being finalized and they never asked for money to hold the car. They advertised a one owner, low mileage vehicle as a Coyle dealership special that I almost bought online for cash. It even offered me an online to purchase a warranty on the vehicle! Texting this morning with Katrina ******* there, I learned the car has NO ENGINE! This is a ploy to draw in idiot customers. It did sound too good to be true but digging in there was nothing to indicate NO ENGINE, Who does this people? If they stoop to these measures, what other deceit lies behind that dealerships curtain? Terrible.

Alyssa Trussel at the Clarksville location was very unprofessional. Shockingly after my purchase, she took it upon herself to share FALSE information to a potential customer, concerning my recent purchase. Because of this strange attempt of sabotage, that I must say I have NEVER experienced in my life, I would NOT recommend this company!!! I will never purchase from them in the future and they lost the safe of a brand new Titan because of this breach of confidentiality. Great experience. Markis ******** was our salesman and he did a fantastic job. He was up front, honest, and even when we were throwing questions at him a mile a minute he smiled and took it all in. He did everything we could have asked of him and delivered. Had a great experience.

My wife took her 2014 Buick Regal to get a diagnostic test done because the engine light came on. We knew it had a misfire but wanted to ensure no other issues. They called to tell us that the diagnostic results showed the misfire, but also said the Turbo had to be replaced. $2479. We of course wanted a second opinion. Took it to Merritts Auto Repair in Georgetown, IN and they hooked it up, found the code for misfire, but nothing suggesting any issues with the Turbo. They even inspected it.
