Adding to previous post: Two days later he came back to work on stump. He park his equipment on our driveway, laying large wood cut pieces on our cement driveway getting sap on it, without asking permission. When asked to move it, he began cussing and yelling. A business man that works and acts like Coyer, who has no regards for anyone’s property and treats someone with such disrespect is horrible. Coyer cut a tree down for our neighbors, which was very close to our property line. It involved electrical lines. Just by chance I saw Coyer the day before, he informed me he was removing the tree the next day. He also stated that DPL would be turning off the electric, but did not think it would effect us. I expressed my concerns as we were having family staying from out of town. Next morning at 9 am our electric was shut off, no notification, just OFF.
