Extremely competent providers and staff. They truly care for their patients well-being, and want the best outcome for long term sustainability. Would recommend.
They saved my life. Plain and simple. It took a long time and a lot of dedication to get through their program. But I owe my life to Timothy Woods and the staff.
I had an unpleasant experience with this facility and the NP Alexa Snograss she made me very uncomfortable and she was uptight rude and talked down to me. I have since decided to go to Mercy.
"I had a disappointing experience with this facility, particularly with Alexa Snodgrass, who struck me as one of the most uptight nurses I've encountered. When I made a lighthearted comment to ease the tension, she misinterpreted it and documented it in my file out of context. Furthermore, the financial advisor present seemed to twist my words, taking them out of context. This experience left a negative impression, and I wouldn't recommend this facility to others."
