Took my daughter there because her arm was covered in scabs that wouldn't heal because she kept scratching. The actual visit was fine and they gave me extra stuff to wrap my kid's arm in. However, the afterwards wasn't great. They hotlined me and I got a visit from CPS because, according to the doctor, I neglected to seek treatment for my kid. And this was AFTER I explained that I didn't bring her in sooner because her arm was healing on its own.
I never go to an Urgent Care but my doctor couldn't see me until Monday. Went to CoxHeath Urgent Care at Elfindale. It was really quick to get in. I didn't have to wait at all. All of the staff was very professional which includes the front desk staff, the Tech, the Nurse, and the PA. This experience changed my mind about the Urgent Care experience.
