I was able to save my place in line, and was seen within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Provider and staff were thorough, professional, and courteous. Will come here again for future urgent care needs
I was traveling for work and had about 18 hours of rest back home before turning right around to fly out again. Given the urgency, I needed to get figured out - I had a severe allergic reaction that created some intense inflammation. They got me in immediately and the nurse staff - all the way to Dr. Garrett were exceptional. The plain English that was used, the consult, the explanation, and obviously the healing/diagnosis - all 10/10. This is the only spot I’ll go to for help!
Brought my 97 year old father here for an ongoing sore throat. Front desk and nursing staff were great and deserve 5 star rating. Deducted 3 stars due to PA. I informed her that my father is hard of hearing (has a visible cochlear hearing aid which means he’s pretty much deaf without it) and that she needed to speak slowly and clearly. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The PA took his time to answer all of my questions. We will definitely be back!
