If I could add no star I would. The nurse was the only reason I kept it together. Thomas Nelson PA. I’m not sure why he is in the medical field. He could have cared less I have a chronic illness. He did not want to do a female exam. By all accounts he didn’t do one. I clearly have a lump under the skin and an infection. He barely looked let alone attempted to check for a cyst. I would actually give them −5 if I could.There's a worse Doctor's appointment I've ever had.I wasn't even seen for for even 5 minutes.The Doctor didn't listen to a word.I said and then gave me treatment options for symptoms.I don't even have worst visit ever
Mom was in an out in 30 minutes
Be here many times for kids and they are quick and thorough and very professional and honest.
I was able to save my place in line, and was seen within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Provider and staff were thorough, professional, and courteous. Will come here again for future urgent care needs
