I only take my kids to this location, and I dont even live in Ozark. Its worth the drive.
We took my 4 year old to urgent care yesterday morning for a Brown Recluse spider bite [we found the spider]. The area [bigger than his hand] was red & inflamed and hard around the pussy bite site. The doctor wasn't in the room for more than 5 minutes and told us they didn't do anything for spider or insect bites unless a secondary infection had set in. Fast and friendly service everytime! I love the Cox network!
I wouldn’t go there if my life depended on it. Went there for Hives all over my body … asked for a Steroid shot.. Instead, I was told to go and get cream off the counter .. I wouldn’t need to go there to get that I had to go to a different hospital to get the shot which I did And then add insult to injury With Medicare insurance and Blue Cross Blue Shield, insurance. They overcharged me and I had to pay $75 out-of-pocket I strongly recommend a different place to go to to get treated Waste of time and money
This by far the best Cox Urgent Care I have been too. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. If I need Urgent care I will be going here.
