We were seen in a very timely manner. They were thorough and kind. We left Ozark, went straight to pharmacy, where prescription had already been sent.
I brought my wife to this hospital for a medical emergency, expecting compassion and professionalism. What we experienced instead was one of the most distressing and unacceptable encounters we’ve ever had in a healthcare setting. I was in a pinch and I had to take my daughter here yesterday, She was having extreme ear pain and just overall irritable. The doctor checked her ears and said that her tube was clogged, and that her throat was red, and there was nothing they can do for her and sent us on our way. The doctor also made very weird comments about my daughter, He kept saying that she was a “good girl” and she was “the prettiest girl” while stroking her head and face.
