We’ve had to visit the Urgent Care a few times. Each time we have received fast, friendly, compassionate care.
The receptionists were very nice. The NP was okay. But whoever was to call my prescription into the pharmacy dropped the ball. Saw NP at 9:15. At 11:00 my prescription still hadn’t been phoned to the pharmacy. At 5:15 pm when I again returned to pick up prescription, pharmacist said it had just been received! Someone dropped the ball someplace. I had called twice this morning and was told it would be called in. If my issue was not urgent I would not have gone to urgent care. I think this could be resolved. Thank you.
This place is awesome! Super quiet and everyone was so kind and informative! Was at ER and they told me a 3 hour wait. I couldn't believe I was able to just walk in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I am in Branson on a long weekend vacation. Unfortunately, I’d had a tooth extracted days ago that has developed an infection. I came to this urgent care and was treated with the utmost respect, compassion, and care from the receptionist, to Rick the nurse, and Dr. Jones. My extraction site is very infected and he started me on two antibiotics and provided prescription pain medicine (a small, appropriate script) and made sure I know how to take care of myself for the rest of the weekend. 10/10 care, would recommend.
I went to this clinic, with embarrassment lol, for a splinter. My entire family and i tried for 4 days to get it out with no luck, so I gave up. It was about 11am, I had no appt. I sat for maybe 5 minutes before they called me back. They made me feel less embarrassed letting me know I was the 4th person in 4 days in for a splinter lol. They were GREAT!!
