From my PCP, Urgent Care, Laboratory all the way to the pharmacy everything was the greatest of care.
PA didn’t listen to me, gave absolutely no after care instructions other than go to a sports dr. No help at all!!!!! Will never return!!!!
Dr Josh and his nurse were exceptional. Attentive and concerned about my issue, received helpful medication and important information on receiving future care. Highly recommend!
I called in advance after using the “save my spot” to make an appointment for my boyfriend who’d cut his hand on tin the day before. I was very clear that the cut happened the previous day at work and I asked if they could clean it and possibly stitch it and she said yes and then I inquired about the cost and the office visit was $100 then would go up depending on if labs were needed etc. When he got home he informed me that they did not clean it after telling him he’d done “a pretty good job” of cleaning it himself and they... read more
Accidentally did a save my spot for here rather than my usual urgent care, but it was a great experience. The parking lot was full, but there was no line. My save my spot was for 9:20 but I was checked in and in a room by 9:08. The staff made me feel safe and at ease. Everyone was kind, caring, and non-judgmental. I had a better experience here than at my usual location.
