Clean, got us in, and open on the weekend, but my child was misdiagnosed and suffered with severe pain because of it. Took my daughter here while on vacation because she developed severe swimmer’s ear, a common and reoccurring issue for her that we know well and she sees an ENT regularly for. On May 19th I went in for an infected tick bite from the day before in my right ear. My right ear and neck were swollen. Zane wrote the prescription 10 days of doxycycline but put quantity 14 (7 days) not 20 (10 days) as it should've been. I didn't notice because I was traveling by RV and I was already in Cape Girardeau the next day when I noticed. My husband and I were amazed at how friendly and hospitable each staff member was! Waiting room was nearly empty and was seen immediately. Please don’t go to any other urgent care in Branson!

This experience would have been awesome if not for the attitude and sass from Ashley L at check in. I’ve worked for Cox and that is NOT their standard. She needs to be fired, or at the least retrained. Incredibly rude at people’s time of need.
