The message when you first phone in advises you the business hours are 11am-4pm on Sunday, however, I have called them and waited while the phone rang for the better half of 20 minutes. I had a few questions regarding office visit fees and a condition I'm in as of yesterday. The conversation would have been quick, to the point, and likely ending in my treatment at their facility. Save.yourself a trip Waste of time. I get not overprescribing antibiotics and meds, but when a patient is really suffering and there are meds with low side effects, it gets ridiculous to let patients suffer because of your holistic bent. You end up a few days later at urgent care or ER in much worse condition and spending twice the $. This seems to be the pattern with this particular clinic.

My husband went yesterday with a spider bite the redness around it was huge with an obvious bullseye and was hot to the touch the person he saw basicly said that his body was taking care of its self and put triple antibiotic on it this cost us $100 For nothing. We now have had to spend another $50 To another Dr. Guess what it is a recluse spider bite. Thanks cox for nothing....othet than 100 gone

Antwanette (front attendant) was AMAZING. I called ahead of time and spoke with her she was so helpful and knowledgeable. When I arrive she greeted me with a happy, friendly and attentive attitude. There was one person in front of me so she offered to call me when they were ready for me which made the whole visit much easier. I wish this type of customer service was the norm at all Dr office or urgent cares but it isn't. I have had a good experience at the other walk-ins at Walmart in the past but will be sure to visit this ... read more
