This clinic is ten times better than Ozark Dermatology in my opinion. At OD I tried to tell the dermatologist that my brother had melanoma, and she didn't believe me. Said that people are usually mistaken about things like that. No, he really has had 2 removed. And a rash I had was ignored and I was told it was just from working out. Turns out they were wrong. They will not call you when they cancel your appointment and then will do nothing to make it right.
Dr. Merritt and Dr. Hope are amazing. They help me navigate with my insurance hiccup. They made sure I was taken care off and have the best result with my problem. Thank you

6 month wait to see Dr. Propst. Precision and accuracy were needed in the evaluation due to an underlying autoimmune condition. Dr made a diagnosis without even looming at any of my skin, nails, etc. She prescribed a med i questioned for safety that is contraindicated due to risk for said autoimmune condition. I felt unheard and dismissed. She did not seem to care at all for my well-being. Clinic was dirty (floors, exam room) and front desk staff were unprofessional.
