Dr Merritt is a wonderful doctor, my problem with the clinic is with the pharmacy. I've been waiting on my adbry prescription for over 2 months now. And I've called multiple times and have been told that the problem would be fixed, but I still haven't received my prescription in the mail, nor have I gotten another update since I called a little over a week ago. They tried to get me in , but my doctor was not there on Fridays.
This clinic is ten times better than Ozark Dermatology in my opinion. At OD I tried to tell the dermatologist that my brother had melanoma, and she didn't believe me. Said that people are usually mistaken about things like that. No, he really has had 2 removed. And a rash I had was ignored and I was told it was just from working out. Turns out they were wrong.
