I’ve been a patient here for almost 20 years now. When a patient is having a painful issue, said patient should not have to wait 48 hours for a call back. Very disappointed. I’ve been told “We have hundreds of messages to return.” Apparently there are too many patients in the practice. Sadly, and especially, Dr stamps is retiring. Looking for a new office soon.

I received an appointment reminder text with an option 3 to cancel. I selected 3. A reply text said I had to call the office to cancel. Why?! I called to hold for 10 minutes just to cancel. I told them what happened. I was put on hold again. She cane back and asked me again what the text said. I repeated it. She then asked me if I wanted to reschedule. Really? Low quality service, booking super fare out, and the receptionist is rude, unhelpful and offered no resources. If you can go anywhere else i would highly recommend it.
