The worst customer service, and poor office management. The office staff treats patients like they are just a number. If you call expect long hold times and to play phone tag. The office staff should be ashamed of their level of patient care. This is such a shame because the Doctors, PA's and nursing staff are phenomenal.
Very happy with Dr. Stamps and all the staff. From checking in, the nurses , Dr Stamps all very very kind. Dr. Stamps is very attentive and takes his time, does not rush you and let's you explain your concerns and talks with you through everything. Very satisfied with this office!
Disappointed. The Dr and nurse are wonderful! Dealing with the office has been such a bad experience for so many reasons, but specially the lack of follow up communication.
I have been a patient at Primrose OB/GYN for over 30 years, during which I have had three different doctors. My first doctor had a horrible bedside manner and was often outright hateful. As I was young and didn’t know any better, I accepted subpar treatment as the norm because everyone in the community kept telling me how good he was. Had a appointment scheduled for the last 2 months got a call today and they put me off til June.... I have serious health issues going on that need immediate care but apparently his vacation is more important I'll find a doctor that cares not at this place doctor kender is about his money not his patients
