I don’t think I’ve ever been on the phone for so long with someone to schedule an appointment. I almost questioned if she was well or maybe on medication. 12 minutes in we’ve made no progress in this phone call, very disappointed..

RIDICULOUS!!! Scheduling needs to be revamped. I require an ultrasound, an NST, and an OB exam. Unfortunately, I can not get these appointments scheduled consecutively so I must spend an entire day ( at 36 weeks pregnant) waiting in the waiting room just to see the Doctor. When I complained I was told to go run errands in between appointments. I am heavily pregnant I'm exhausted I do not want to run errands! I want to go home and rest. I’ve been a patient here for almost 20 years now. When a patient is having a painful issue, said patient should not have to wait 48 hours for a call back. Very disappointed. I’ve been told “We have hundreds of messages to return.” Apparently there are too many patients in the practice. Sadly, and especially, Dr stamps is retiring. Looking for a new office soon.

I received an appointment reminder text with an option 3 to cancel. I selected 3. A reply text said I had to call the office to cancel. Why?! I called to hold for 10 minutes just to cancel. I told them what happened. I was put on hold again. She cane back and asked me again what the text said. I repeated it. She then asked me if I wanted to reschedule. Really? I told her AGAIN that I wanted to cancel. She finally canceled it. I said shouldn't I get an apology for my trouble? Her reply was, Have a good day." I will not ever r... read more
