Waiting 3 to 4 hours to get cancer medication on scheduled day of infusions. Terrible service
If I could give less stars I would. My husband had 2 back surgeries in 3 days. He is being discharged today. I called at 9:30 am to see if his pain meds and lidocaine patches would fill and be ready because I wanted to pick them up before we left the hospital so my husband didn't have to sit in the vehicle and wait for anything. So at the time I was told that they would be ready at 10:30 am, I went down there to pick them up and nothing was ready. I love this pharmacy and all of the staff. They are always so helpful and are very knowledgeable. I especially appreciate their commitment to being discreet when the lobby is crowded.
GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR MEDICATIONS.
Staff are friendly and fast. Prices are higher than bigger retailers, but the convenience of getting medications quickly and accurately makes up for that in my opinion.
