I was told my insurance was out of network and given a self pay out of pocket price. I called back before my appointment to confirm the price and was quoted a completely different price. Confused, I called back a third time and was given a THIRD different out of pocket self pay price. They eventually told me no matter what, the highest it'd be once I showed up wouldn't go over $150. I go to check out and my bill is over $200 and the ladies argued with me saying that self pay is cheaper but they had to bill my insurance cause... read more
Very nice staffing and doctors
My wife had total knee replacement on Thursday she was in so much pain she was in tears so on Sunday she called the OnCall doctor he told her to take 2 of the 5 mg oxycodone rather then 1. That didn't work so on Tuesday we called left message for doctor she was still in a lot of pain but NO CALL from anyone. On Friday called again requesting stronger meds but NO CALL back again. Hopefully the surgery works but the Doctor has very little or no concern for her patients comfort.
