Very disappointed in their process to see a new patient. First they review some information then decide if the patient is worthy of their care. I was denied care because "You are already established with an ID dr where you live and we don't offer second opinions." I've never heard of such a thing in my entire life. Clearly whatever the dr is doing here isn't working or I wouldn't be looking for a new ID dr. Whatever happened to "Do no harm?" Because by picking and choosing who can receive treatment and who can't, is causing ... read more
I saw Dr. Adkins and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and listened to my concerns. Not once did I feel like I was just a number or that I was being rushed out. I had a great experience overall with his office and I definitely recommend them.
