Nice people, helpful. Clean. My only question is, why are there not more silver sneakers classes in the mornings. I'd love to attend them but not at 3pm.

It’s a very nice gym I’ll keep coming back . Some old weights but some new weights but lots of different machines. Towels are old but clean and plentiful. . It’s all you could want in a gym. Very nice receptionist and people . Bring a combination lock . Don’t forget flip flops for the shower. Bring your own Yoga mat.they have plastic like short 3 feet long black floor mats .
