Long time silver sneakers attendee; never had a bad experience! The staff is well trained and is very helpful. Some folks my senior age need to ask questions, especially about their machines. A real state of the art gym . Love the place
Swimming pool appeared dirty and was too hot for swimming laps but I did anyway. Probably 86 degrees. Also did weights and cardio. They had sanitizer spray but a dirty cloth rag to use to wipe machines down. They need to provide either paper towels or fresh cloths. Plenty of equipment. Was visiting from out of town but would not come back because pool is too hot.
It’s a very nice gym I’ll keep coming back . The people are friendly. The clientele mostly a little older. They have regular classes weekly They offer some specialty classes. I am a regular Bring a combination lock . Don’t forget flip flops for the shower. Bring your own Yoga mat. Jack the exercise physiologist was great He helped me with my knee exercises.
Just FYI. Joining up here is like joining the mafia or a gang. Once you're in, dues come out the 5th whether you got it or not...hell or high water. If a tornado wiped out your house or something burned down...at least you can still work out! 🤷♂️ savage as hell
