It’s a very nice gym I’ll keep coming back . The freeweights are a little old but very functional. Towels are old but clean and plentiful. . you’re supposed to limit to 2 towels . It’s all you could want in a gym . The people are friendly. The clientele mostly a little older. There are a lot of signs all over the place of telling you what you should and should not do. Nice people, helpful. Clean. My only question is, why are there not more silver sneakers classes in the mornings. I'd love to attend them but not at 3pm.

It’s a very nice gym I’ll keep coming back . Some old weights but some new weights but lots of different machines. Towels are old but clean and plentiful. . It’s all you could want in a gym. Very nice receptionist and people . Bring a combination lock . Don’t forget flip flops for the shower. Bring your own Yoga mat.they have plastic like short 3 feet long black floor mats .
