I have never ever had anyone ever give me a call back or answer my call.... Don't ask for money if you can't answer to take payments
The only reason I am giving a one star review is because zero is not an option. Dishonest, the whole organization. Overcharging is where they really shine.
They did not bill my insurance correctly and then sent my amount to collections. When I notified them of their mistake and asked them to remove from credit, they said that would not happen as a bill was owed. Insurance told them they submitted claim with errors and that was why it was denied, needing resubmission. Cox employee said that they will have to review the filed before resubmitting claim AFTER 3 way call with insurance company telling them to submit for payment. The enitre billing process is horrible! Just the fact that we need "Finanical Navigators" says it all. Trying to keep track of the bills I have paid, and for what services, is dreadful. I just got a bill for a service from January, and it's September. I've already got the bill under a payment plan, and now they're trying to bill me again. They make this so confusing so that they can try and double-bill people!
Really nice and friendly service and she took care of all my concerns and fears. She was from North Virginia and had a great spirit.
