After receiving a bill that looked completely wrong I contacted the biling department. I let them know that it seemed they had submitted my insurance incorrectly and they didn't pay what they were supposed to. They lady I spoke with kept telling me that it was correct on their end and that I had not met my deductible or out of pocket. I explained to her I have no deductible in-network and that something was filed wrong somewhere. She got very rude and treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. I recently visited the Republic, MO clinic for a routine physical, and I'm extremely disappointed with my experience in dealing with the billing services. As a new patient with extensive experience in healthcare through government relocations, I was unequivocally clear that I only wanted a standard wellness/physical visit. My name's Fred Garoutte If I could could give a 1000 minus stars I would if you've had falsified medical records let me know. September 4 2024 car accident emergency room later found out fraudulently falsified my medical intake record by changing my primary health insurer to a company named MRA/Revecore it's a collection agency. I would give them zero stars if I could, and I work for the company (not in patient financial services). The staff in patient financial services are extremely rude. I had someone call me yesterday and threaten to sue me if I didn't payroll deduct. They said I had a bill from 2014. I never received a bill, and I had Cox Insurance and Medicaid as I just had twins.
