I would give zero stars, but it's not an option. Missouri Medical is a joke, but this was by far one of the worst experiences, and yet such a nice hospital. I guess I know how you paid for it now. So my spouse went in with shortness of breath and memory loss; we sat there from 3 pm to 11 pm before we finally surrendered. slapped us with a bill for doing blood work and vitals. I'm still here with my mom. It's 440am. Been here since 1am. This place is a joke. There's really not a lot of people, but no one has been taken to a room in over 2 hours my mom is 73 has stage 3 kidney disease and her blood work already came back. I can tell she has a kidney infection.. she is in pain and needs antibiotics. Why is this so damn hard. No reason to come to this ER. They aren't in any hurry. Might as well wait til morning

They kept telling me that they had no beds but I was seeing getting people discharged right and left. They would not give my daughter anything for pain relief or anything to help her what so ever. Sh... read more

The way this ER is run is unconscionable. Wait times can exceed 8 hours to be seen.
