On vacation, family member had a medical emergency. He ended up being admitted for two days. From the ER personnel to everyone on the 5th floor, were great! Even the discharge process on the 4th floor was great. The care was amazing, my concerns were addressed, and the whole experience was not as stressful as it easily could have been. Thank you for your care and support.
I would give them a negative if I could. The ER should not take several hours to be seen. Staff seem to not care. Just a horrible experience. I could have drove 6 hours back to Louisiana and it would have been quicker.
While the care is good , the who registration leaves A LOT to be desired. All billing and id need to be done in or before triage, not mid treatment. It’s disrespectful and insensitive to patients. Also I sliced open thumb and was in pain and at NO TIME was I offered anything to assist with pain
