Very happy with Dr Ogbonna as my primary. Liked her so much my husband now sees her too. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and actually addresses them. The front office staff are always friendly and helpful.
I usually don't write reviews, and when I do, the 1-star rating is not out of emotional spite. We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ogbonna. We had two annual checkup appointments for my two children, scheduled for both 12:40 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. We arrived on time for the first appointment. After waiting for thirty minutes, we went up to the front desk and were informed that the Dr. Ogbonna was "running late" but were given no further explanation or estimated time frame. Everyone was fantastic, from intake to taking care of my wound. I'm really lucky, just 10 min away.
Brought my 88 yr old dad in and the entire staff was delightful, professional, very caring, and solved the issue he was having - what a positive experience!
Dr Pendergrass is a kind and caring physician. She is always upbeat. I actually enjoy my visits with her.The front staff needs more customer service training. I don't see kindness, professionalism, or patience in them. You don't grouch at patients.
