Check In staff was great. Even the nurse that came in to numb my nose and throat for Dr Gilley. The DR came in started talking so I started responding and he pointed to his phone and said he was verbally documenting. So I kept quiet as he did his thing. He scoped me and told me what I seen but did not care about my concern of an obstructed air way due to a growth of some sorts at the base of my throat. Emily Kimbrough is AMAZING at what she does! My son had a tube check and was a little nervous/shy, she went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at ease during his appointment!
Dr. Fenwick did an amazing job correcting my septum and removing polyps! He was extremely thorough during post op appointments. Very respectful and personable. Dr. Gilley also recently placed tubes in my daughter's ears and did a fantastic job!
Cannot get an appt without a referral. I had my doctors offuce send a referral bit never got a call. I called them and after several minutes on hold was told they did not receive it. Then was told they usually process them in 3-5 business days. My doctor sent referral on 15th. Forget it.
Waited a while to get in to see the surgeon, but it was much faster than the 4+ month wait to see anyone in my area (NW Ark.). Love Dr. Smith and his nurse Aaliyah - both were very informative and didn't waste any time reviewing my file, addressing my concerns/options and scheduling surgery. They gave me specific instructions and walked through them with me to ensure I had no questions, then gave me a phone number to call with any other questions.
