I had a great experience at Cox Health Republic Clinic for my annual wellness check. The check-in process was quick and easy with the new digital forms, which made everything simple. I was seen right away, and the lady who drew my blood was fantastic—very friendly and professional. I barely even felt the needle! Overall, everything went smoothly, and I really appreciate the excellent care.
Cox gave me a doctor so far away I can't even make it there to see a doctor for the medications keeping me alive and the sad thing is I live in a major metropolitan city and they want me to drive out to the middle of nowhere with the issues I'm having that's some go die shade I'm getting thrown thanks
Was on the phone trying to figure out an establishing appointment and stephanie was so caring a lovely to talk to! She helped me out so well and was an 8 minute call of solid laughter ◡̈
I recently visited this clinic for a routine physical, and I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. As a new patient with extensive experience in healthcare through government relocations, I was unequivocally clear that I only wanted a standard wellness/physical visit. Despite my explicit instructions, they charged me for an unnecessary 'establishing new patient care' code on top of the physical—a billing practice I've never encountered in numerous first-time visits across multiple clinics during my career.
