I recently visited this clinic for a routine physical, and I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Had a fine visit, but they coded my visit completely wrong & it ended up costing me $500 for a new patient visit, as they wouldn’t work with me to correct the code to get insurance approval. Have never had an issue like this before, and experienced such a lack of help for something that should be a covered visit. Nervous to go back & have the same issue happen again!
Our Dr is in this clinic but she was booked and my husband (who doesn't go to the Dr) was bad sick. We saved a spot online for walk-in. Lobby wait was less than 30 min. Got into the room and waited over an hour. (They weren't busy) We were the only ones back there. The NP came in and was friendly, listened, checked everything and confirmed he has a sinus infection, upper bronchial, ear infection and walking pneumonia.
