Dr. Krenn is an Awesome Doctor. Very professional. Always listens, and helps in any way he can.
Dr. Krenn office is something to be desired. The Doctor himself has been great and easy to talk through and the one nurse wasn't bad. Whoever they have communicating info and helping field answers are terrible. Then are quick to say we don't need you and will be taking you off our charts, followed by hanging up on me. Cox your better than this very unprofessional when I'm clearly asking for help and basically saying I don't know what I'm talking about. Krenn ok but the office people not so much.
Dr Krenn was courteous and professional. His staff are alot to be desired. They have very poor communication skills and dp not adhere to any timeline but their own.
By far the worst practice in the ozark area never have I been disrespected like I have here all around horrible experience.
