While the front employees are pleasant, waiting months for a new patient appointment and getting canceled before the appt really sucks. I wish it was easier to get established with a preferred provider.
Their hours say that they are open on Saturday. They are not. I need my prescription refill because they did not give me enough to make it to my next doctor's appointment and my doctor is not even available on weekends to get a hold of this is unacceptable.
Won’t answer calls just re direct constantly
Dr. Hull is amazing! She is so quick to respond on the portal, appts are (relatively) easy to get into, and she is so professional and caring. I appreciate this clinic for it's cleanliness, professional vibe, and general concern for its clients!
Front desk are terrible. Rude, interupt constantly and talk bad about each other and other coworkers in front of patients. Nurse is rough and never had such a painful stick before. Last time I had blood drawn, there was dried up blood splattered on the wall near where they have you sit, looks like it's been there a while. Can't speak to the quality of the Dr's because the bed side maner is so abrasive, you can tell they arent happy to be there.
