Established here with a new doctor a little over a year ago, few months later couldn't see that doctor due to his legal troubles and he was no longer a doctor here. Finally got in to re-establish with another new doctor and visit was good. Was supposed to come in 7am following morning for fasting labs, get there and the doctor hasn't put the order in yet. Our save our spot appointment was at 5:00. We got there about 5 to 10 mins early and was told that they are behind schedule and it will most likely be an hour wait. I asked that if we could go run a. Few errands and be back in Like 30 mins? The receptionist said that's fine because she was leaving at 5:00 and someone else would be taking over.
