The new pt visit was fine, labs drawn and had some abnormal values so we adjusted meds and was told follow up in 2 months. Fast forward 2 months and I'm trying to follow up. I scheduled 2 different appointments and both times I received a called the morning of the appointment (in my car on the way to the appt the first time) to cancel the appointment and reschedule. This gives me the impression that my health is just not that important and very unprofessional. I will not return to this clinic for my health care needs.
Dr. Snyder-Hernandez have provided excellent care including use of the Patient Portal to adjust medication (above and beyond as I'm sure they don't get paid for the Portal). I will follow her to the new location. Campbell Clinic will miss her!
Messed up with the billing for my Wellness exam and I'm getting billed for things I shouldn't and no one seems to want to accept responsibility from either the doctors office, Cox billing, or Springfield Pathology Services. Somehow it's become my job to sort through it with no one giving me adaquate information. I so know that by law I am not to be billed for the services provided. 11-12-24 I call in yesterday to make an appointment for myself and daughter. We showed up today and they only have my daughter’s appointment and recommended that I go to urgent care. After waiting for my daughter to be seen 18 minutes after the appointment time. I overheard the front desk turning someone else away for being 10 minutes late for there appointment, but apparently our time is not as important. Front desk staff leaves some to be desired but the doctor, I believe Michelle is very nice and goes above the call.
Dr. Snyder-Hernandez was spectacular and professional - she does well in making a patient feel heard and seen with their concerns and genuinely came across as both friendly and compassionate. I don't remember the names of the gals at the front, but they were also very friendly and polite and calm in demeanor.
