I have gone to this location since moving down here 8 years ago, and I haven't had one good experience here. Everytime I need to schedule an appointment for my yearly blood work it takes 3 appointments (new patient, blood work, then result reading) just to get my thyroid meds refilled. Every year come on. It's a scam and shouldn't take that many every year. My concerns are dismissed, labs are not ordered and I have to remind the NP to get them done. Been going here many years. It used to be a very good clinic, with very caring receptionists, MA's, and Doctors. I'm sorry to say the majority of the staff, the appearance of the place, the lab staff, has REALLY gone DOWNHILL!! Luckily I was able to find a much more professional clinic!!!! Communication is definitely an issue there, words are twisted by MA's, rude receptionists, doctors won't return your calls, incompetent lab techs, impossible to dial straight to the clinic, which causes major phone tag! I trusted this medical office for many years, but that all changed when they brought in and assigned a doctor to me who was pushing vaccines on me. it started in January 2024 when I went into this office for just a normal checkup. Dr. Cobb recommended a certain vaccine to me and told me that it would prevent cancer without disclosing/telling me the side effects/risks of getting the vaccine. Most Excellent service. Was in town on a trip. Got me in 3 times. Staff was very accommodating. Will be the only place I go to when having fun at Table Rock.
