I’ve had several appointments with Debra Quinn.AuD She’s extremely knowledgeable and does a thorough job of evaluating my hearing and making recommendations. I bought my hearing aids through her and they’ve been wonderful. My brother bought his through Costco and is having problems and has been back several times. I can’t say enough good things about her care in the office. I highly recommend her and Rush copley for hearing needs
The only bad experience I've ever had with Cox was here and I never even got an appointment. Every receptionist I spoke to was rude and acted bothered to even speak to me. I was told on Sunday by another provider I needed to be seen within a week and they would send a referral. I was told at 8:30 on Monday a nurse would call to schedule me, then told on Tuesday at 9am they were behind on calls. Finally I called at 4:45 on Wednesday and they said that they didn't call me to schedule because I didn't have the correct type of r... read more
Dr. Fenwick is the only doctor there you should see. My daughter sees Dr. Fenwick and her ears are finally better thanks to him! My son currently sees a different doctor there and he is awful! He keeps telling me my baby has never had a ruptured ear drum and there is no scarring but when I go to the er they tell me how bad the scarring is. They also never want to answer their phones so good luck with that.
Don't even bother! I went to Urgent Care for ear pain and was referred to the clinic. Was told to call that day for an appt because it might be 2-3 months. Well it was never because after 3 calls in one week, leaving 3 messages, no one has ever called me back and that was over a month ago. What is the point?
