I had my first experience with physical therapy recently so went to sessions not knowing what to expect. Pete was the therapist assigned to me. He conducted himself in a professional manner, plus his knowledge and explanation of body mechanics related to my medical issue was clear and easy to understand. From the very beginning of therapy, Tamara took the time to educate me by the why muscles were tight and share her expertise in my situation along with giving me solutions to begin preventative care. She truly cares about the well being and independence of her patients.
