went to be seen for pain. got diagnosed with diverticulitis. they prescribed me antibiotics but nothing for pain so now I have to wait almost a week if not longer to be seen by a specialist to ask them for pain meds. over the counter meds dont help so now I cant sleep or eat because of the pain and they refuse to help me over the phone even though I called less then 24 hours from my visit. absolutely awful. I won't be returning here

Never forget to thank Registration staff, who usually takes the blunt end of bad attitudes and complaints that have nothing to do with them, and still keep it professional. I have had a few bad experiences with being misdiagnosed without further testing for that specific diagnosis. But despite that, everyone is wonderful, and while phlebotomists have trouble finding my veins, the nurses there (especially Angie) can find available veins in my own arms I hadnt been aware of which were usable. *edit* Advice? Never go after 5pm ... read more
