DO NOT GO HERE! They charged me $691.24 for a covid and flu test. When I called my insurance company they said I am being billed ER charges. I called Cox and they said they can charge me for an ER because it is an urgent care plus.
24hr urgent care in Springfield is a freaking joke if I wanted to spend all night in the hospital I would’ve went to the ER yall pulled me back and had me out within an hour when I thought I had tore my meniscus but have me waiting 2+ freaking hours when it comes to my baby being sick, for someone that's open 24hrs y'all do a crappy job that's for sure, Bransons cox urgent care has you in and out in less then an hour and they are only open until 8. We went to the pharmacy and we had great service. Picking up my prescription was easy!!
Got told 1-2 hours which was completely understandable but it turned into 4+ hours without any good reason.
