My daughter waited in the waiting room for over 6 hours. She was running an extremely high fever and they told her she needed to wait 5 hours before being seen. This place is definitely not urgent care. They should be ashamed of themselves!!

*(Coxhealth Urgent Care Plus Primrose Location Review only)* I contacted Coxhealth Walk in Clinic (She was very helpful) & was encouraged to contact Coxhealth Urgent Care Plus, in case imaging was needed.. So, not once, but twice was Urgent Care aware of the situation prior.. Upon check in, I informed the front desk of it pertaining to filing thru worker's comp, I was truly humiliated & felt disrespected bc my initial workers comp visit was handled incorrectly. 2 hour plus wait at urgent care… when Branson’s urgent care gets you in and out in less than an hour. Posting this while waiting on a doctor to see me still. Been here since 8pm room by 9:15pm currently 10:46pm

Doctors and nurses get 10 stars out of 10. For 5 years I've been charged a $50 copay when I took my kids there. Surprise, surprise this year- it is now considered an ER visit and I owe $400. Well played insurance and cox contract. Really nice since it's the only pediatric urgent care in this area.

Rating as an employee. All staff underpaid and over worked. Cut back on budgets this last few months just so the CEO can get a 100k BONUS and the VPs 20,000 or MORE. Yet can’t pay overtime or offer an incentive when we are all over worked and under paid. Used to love cox, worked here for 40 years but it’s gone to shit. Would not recommend to work or be a patient.
